1. Ordering

**· ** To place an order you can message me on my Twitter (@raapiou) or my Instagram (@rysiia) with a description of what you're interested in. Please make sure that you include a reference photo or a detailed description of the character you want me to draw (or yourself), along with a pose, expression and the general vibe.· I don't do character design. Please keep that in mind. In the case where I need to work purely off of descriptions, you will be charged an additional 50% of the original price.
You can avoid the extra charge by using a picrew or other free character creators.**· ** The spots are limited but it isn't first come first serve. I can deny a commission if I don't feel comfortable doing it or if I think I'm not fit for the job.**· ** Sorry if I take a while to respond or if I'm unable to fulfil your request!

2. Time

**· ** The expected time is about two weeks (though hopefully, I'll be faster!).· If after you receive the first sketch you don't get any updates for more than five days feel free to remind me of yourself (it'd be much appreciated actually).· If you have a deadline you want your commission to be done by, please state it while placing your order. If the deadline is in under a week you will be charged an additional 50%.

3. Payment

**· ** I only accept payment thru Ko-fi.**· ** I usually ask for payment after I finish the sketch and the base colors. If you would prefer to pay at a different time please let me know beforehand.

4. Refunds & Cancellation

· There are no refunds after I accept the payment unless for whatever reason I am unable to finish your commission.· You can cancel the commission without any fees before I start working on it. If you decide to cancel it after I send you the first sketch there'll be a fee (25% of the original price).
There are not gonna be any fees if I'm the one cancelling the commission

5. The Finished Product

· Once I'm finished and receive the payment I'll send you the finished commission thru e-mail or discord to avoid losing any quality.

6. Usage

· If you repost the commission anywhere or use it as your pfp or your banner on Twitter or other platforms please credit me by tagging or linking my Twitter account (@raapiou). In case of using it on Instagram, please tag my Instagram account (@rysiia).· My commissions are NOT for commercial use unless we agree otherwise. If you plan on selling the finished product let me know BEFORE I start working on it.· I don't support NFTs. I don't plan on making any NFTs personally and I don't want myself or my work to be associated with NFTs in any way, shape or form.

7. Pricing clarification

· Extra characters - extra characters are +70% of the original price.· Pets - On their own pets are 60% of the original price. If you want me to draw a pet in addition to your character that's +20% of the original price.
